The Bubble
Bitten will play host to a beautiful art show called “The Bubble” on Tuesday August 17th. Local artists will be featured having art work available to purchase and there will be live music…as a feature to the evening there will be a live painting where you can purchase tickets to win the piece of art that was created in front of your very own eyes and ears! Also…as if all that wasn’t enough Tuesdays are half price appy nights so your tummy will be taken care of too! The show begins at 8pm. Art work will stay on the walls so if you miss the show please stop in and see the beautiful work on display!
Bitten Birthday Party!! Friday Sept 10th and Saturday Sept 18th
Bitten is turning 2 years old on August 22nd so to celebrate we are having two very special Anniversary Dinners! Each evening will feature a different menu of all appetizers and desserts (what we do best) as well Fetzer wines. There are only 70 tickets being sold for each night and we will offer a variety of seating times starting at 6pm (your table is yours all night so there is no rush to eat and leave!) Ticket are priced at $50 and this includes the 6 course menu as well as 3 3oz servings of Fetzer Wine and $25 from each ticket will be donated to Joints in Motion (receipts available) These evenings are perfect for a Birthday Party, Girls Night Out, Dinner Party Groups, Wedding Party Get Togethers, Book Clubs, and just anyone that loves Bitten and wants a special night!!
Bonus!! You will receive a FREE “Bitten Dessert Club” membership with every ticket purchase…now that is a heck of a deal!!
Seating Info: we will be serving our 6 course anniversary dinner in a social dinning concept where you will be at a table of up to 14 people that you may be meeting for the first time. However if you do not wish to sit with a large group we can work with you to make a small table as we dont want anyone to shy away! : ) You will have your table for the entire evening so there is no rush for your next course or to leave. Our bar is open for the evening so you can even sip on some martinis and make a whole night of it!

Friday September 10th Menu
Sambuca Mussels – served with roasted red pepper, fennel and Sambuca
Candied Scallop Salad – served on arugula with spiced pecans, blueberries and a Southern Comfort peach vinaigrette
Asparagus Strudels – a mix of goat cheese, cream cheese, fresh thyme and basil wrapped in layers of pastry and served with a roasted tomato and red pepper sauce.
Almond & Peanut Brittle – served over ice cream with a spiced apple sauce
Mini Phyllo Cheesecake – White chocolate and candied pecan cheesecake baked in phyllo pastry then served with a raspberry coulis.
The Pearfect Finish – poached pear and candied beets
Saturday September 18th Menu
Roast Beef Back Ribs – slow roasted and finished in the oven with a maple chipotle glaze.
Italian Melon Balls – melons and prosciutto with mint and cracked black pepper.
Summer Time Lamb – spiced lamb rack cooked to medium and served with a pear and mint chutney
Baby Brule – Butterscotch flavoured with a thin crisp layer of caramelized sugar.
Dessert Sushi – Banana done sushi style served with mint paste and shaved mango
Macaroon Sliders – Chocolate Macaroon Sandwich done 3 ways in mini form : classic chocolate, orange chocolate and chocolate with white chocolate drizzle…all served a flavoured custard.

Reservations: Please call us at 1-306-586-2483 to make reservations. Please note that Bitten no longer takes reservations for groups larger than 10 people Friday or Saturday nights unless the group booking is for 25 people or more and is a private party after 9:30pm in our private party lounge. We are more than happy to take large bookings at lunch, and during the evenings Monday – Thursday.
